What we help with

Real WordPress work, handled one task at a time

Every plan gives you a monthly allowance of tasks. Use them on any of the work below, in any order, whenever your site needs attention.

Custom changes and tweaks

Layout changes, new sections, form changes, custom CSS and small PHP snippets. Your site adjusted to work the way you want.

Troubleshooting and bug fixes

Broken layouts, error messages, forms not sending, checkout problems, white screens. We track down the cause and fix it.

Plugin and theme conflicts

Something stopped working after an update or a new plugin? We isolate the conflict and get your site running properly again.

Speed and performance optimization

Slow pages, heavy images, bloated plugins and poor Core Web Vitals. We find the bottlenecks and improve your load times.

WooCommerce and membership fixes

Checkout customizations, product page changes, membership access rules and subscription issues, sorted without the guesswork.

Integrations and automation

Connect your forms to a CRM, email tool or Zapier, and fix integrations that quietly stopped syncing.

How it works

A simple, predictable process

Step 1

Send your request

Submit a task by email or through the support form. Add a page link and a short description of what you need.

Step 2

We confirm the scope

We confirm the request fits within one task before starting. If it needs more, we tell you upfront. No surprise charges.

Step 3

Done, tested and documented

We complete the work, test it, and send you a short plain-English summary of what changed.

Task definition

What counts as a single task

A task is one clearly defined request that takes about an hour or less to complete. If you can describe it in a sentence or two, it is usually one task.

Counts as one task

✓ Changing a page layout or section design

✓ Adding or editing a form, popup or button

✓ Fixing a plugin or theme conflict

✓ Resolving a PHP error or a broken feature

✓ Speeding up a slow page

✓ Adding custom CSS or a small code snippet

✓ Fixing a plugin setting or integration that stopped working

Does not count as a task

✕ Building a new site or redesigning existing pages

✕ Site migrations or hosting changes

✕ Core, plugin and theme updates, backups or security monitoring

✕ Hacked site cleanup and malware removal

✕ Writing content, data entry or product uploads

✕ SEO, marketing or ad campaign work

✕ Requests that take more than about an hour. These use two or more tasks, or are quoted as a project.

Not sure if something counts? Just ask. We will tell you before any work starts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a task?

A task is one clearly defined request that takes about an hour or less, such as fixing a plugin conflict, changing a page layout, adding a form field or speeding up a slow page. The full list of what counts is shown above.

What if my request is bigger than one task?

We tell you before starting. Depending on the size, the request may use two or more tasks, or we quote it as a separate project. Nothing is charged or deducted without your approval.

Do unused tasks roll over?

Yes. Unused tasks roll over for one month, so a quiet month does not go to waste. After that they expire.

What happens if I run out of tasks?

You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time, or ask for additional tasks for the rest of the month. Either way you know the cost before we start.

Do you handle updates, backups or security?

No. These plans focus on customizations, troubleshooting, problem solving and optimization. Routine updates, backups, security monitoring and malware cleanup are not included.

Which hosts, themes and plugins do you support?

Any WordPress site on any host. We regularly work with Elementor, WooCommerce, ACF, LearnDash and popular membership plugins. We need admin or hosting access to do the work.

How fast will I get a response?

Starter requests get a response within 2 business days, Growth within 1 business day, and Pro gets same-day response for urgent issues. Most small tasks are finished within a few days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
